Mr. Grimm has been an accounting professional since 1974, and has practiced here in Florida since 1985. Prior to relocating to Florida, he was a partner in a large regional firm with offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

Mr. Grimm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the FICPA's Private Companies Practice Section. In addition to these professional organizations, Mr. Grimm also holds memberships in the Western Communities Business Associates, Inc., the Palms West Chamber of Commerce, and the Wellington Chamber of Commerce.

The basic philosophy followed is that of "Building Relationships Through Personal Service".
Being available when needed and providing professional service to the client on a timely
basis is the focus of the firm.

Tax planning and preparation, whether it is personal or corporate, is a major part of the practice
and Mr. Grimm services a wide variety of clients in the state of Florida as well as clients in
Colorado, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Mr. Grimm's many years of experience are brought to each client in order to provide counseling
regarding their particular situation whether it be personal or corporate.
